Regents Park Road Building Restoration
Regents Park Road

Regents Park road, unfortunately was subject to a cementitious render that consequently caused havoc with the building inside and out. Upon initial inspection Williams Restoration noted cracking in the external render and the beginnings of penetrating damp inside. Originally built using Lime mortars this building was trapping the moistures at an alarming rate.

Scope of Work

Williams Restoration undertook the restoration of the Regents Park Road facades including the restoration of original stucco render. Repairing the original stucco render where possible, the removal of perished areas and replacing these with locally sourced, Lime based render. Once the render was complete we undertook the specialist painting work using KEIM mineral paints.
