Lisa, as Operations Director, works behind the scenes to ensure everything flows seamlessly, overseeing logistics, finances, and compliance to keep each project on track and within budget. A qualified PRINCE2 practitioner and skilled Business Solution Architect, Lisa brings expertise in business analysis and program delivery. With her attention to detail and strong organisational skills, Lisa crafts a holistic view of all deliverables, ensuring that every initiative aligns with our ambitious growth plan and our back office functions are efficient and help solidify the foundations of our organisation.

Estimator
Every construction project is unique, so accurate estimation is crucial to ensure that all costs, including materials, labor, equipment, permits, and contingency allowances, are accounted for.
As we continue our growth and strengthen the foundations of our company, we recognised the need to expand our team by hiring a dedicated estimator to provie the vital component of successful project management.
Project Support
This role provides a crucial element in supporting all project management and operational activities for us as a company. It ensures our administration is performed efficiently and effectively and enables us to continue to deliver the high quality service to our clients.
Finance
We joined forces with The Paper Whisperer in Feb 2023, they provide all our Bookeeping services enabling us to continue our growth and transform the way we do business. Having front and back office system integrated allows us to work connected as a team and with real time data and assurance we meet the ever growing demands of VAT, CIS, Payroll or Budgets on time and with efficiency.

Williams Restoration was founded in 2015 by Craig Williams and Charlie Pritchard, who shared a vision of preserving the integrity of historic and commercial buildings with a standard of excellence. Lisa joined the team in 2022 to enhance the delivery of our projects and strengthen our operational infrastructure. We provide a full range of services, from expert consultancy and contracting to the repair of external masonry, dedicated to preserve and restore historic, listed, and commercial properties. Our clients, including building owners, custodians, and commercial property managers, rely on our skillful, accurate artistry, and commitment to quality.
Our work is guided by core values of professionalism, integrity, and safety. Health and safety is at the forefront of every project, and we take pride in maintaining precise standards to protect our team, clients, and the structures we serve. Through our extensive industry experience, graduate education, and ongoing training in building conservation, we bring both traditional expertise and contemporary techniques to every task.
