| DESCRIPTION OF WORKS | The Red House in Effingham is a charming, listed building, we were asked to review the front facade where the mortar was beginning to erode and there were poor brick indents existing and patch pointing throughout.
Using our Thermatech steam machine, all brickwork was cleaned.
Defective mortar was carefully raked out and repointed in Natural Hydraulic lime mortar.
Damaged bricks were removed and replaced with new to seamlessly match the original structure and enhance its aesthetic appeal.
Our relationship with this client has continued to grow, working on further projects. |
