PROJECT NAME: Cowdrays
DESCRIPTION OF WORKS Williams Restoration Ltd have been priviledged to work with this client for 3 years now, recently completing our third consecutive external restoration package with them. Our projects have covered a number of charming cottages, commercial and historic buildings such as the Roundhouse, a historic water tower in Midhurst, West Sussex.

The projects have included paint stripping that was preventing the buildings from breathing and removal of cemetious cement-based mortars, steam cleaning, repairing and rebedding all stonework and repointed in traditional lime mortars and partial or full rebuild of chimneys, new drainage and soakaways to serve the new downpipes and roofing works.

There has also been great work from our repair care specialists going through the meticulous process to transform the old timber-framed windows and doors on these buildings, some of which are Grade II listed.

As well as achieving a high-quality finish that enhances these buildings charm, there have been energy efficiency benefits reported from the interventions completed which is great news!

It has been a total delight to work together again.
