PROJECT NAME:	Bourne Hall
DESCRIPTION OF WORKS	Williams Restoration Ltd have had the priviledge of working with Epsom & Ewell Council on a number of projects at Bourne Hall since 2023. Boundary and Hexagonal Wall Repairs We completed the restoration to the listed concrete lattice wall, which formed the perimeter of the new playground at Bourne Hall. The wall was in poor condition and clearly unsafe to house a child's play area. The works included taking down large sections, casting new blocks and reinstating with additional fixings to reinstate structural integrity. This was a great project to be involved with, preserving a piece of of our local area's history is what it's all about for us. Project 2 The conservation-built wall at the Grade II listed building Bourne Hall in Ewell Village faced storm damage as a large tree knocked it down. Works involved the removal of the tree, creation of a water dam, and securing the site before commencing the rebuild of the heritage brickwork using lime mortars and preserving the original brickwork.
