DESCRIPTION OF WORKS	Working with Hoban Design on this project, Williams Restoration Ltd were appointed to complete the external renovation and restoration works to this prestigious home in Wimbledon, London. This was an exciting opportunity to work on all aspects of this building, including a new bespoke roof and bespoke rebuild of chimney stacks. A full façade steam clean and restoration, repointing in lime mortars. Works also included an overhaul & replacement of windows, window care restoration and full decoration to windows externally. On the Rear facade, lime render & Keim paint system were applied for an authentic, breathable and durable finish. Timber care and resin system were completed to timber lintel.
